Meet the team

Barry has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 35 years.  He started his business, formally Greenirdge (life, Pensions & Mortgage Consultants) based in Wallington over 30 years ago.  During this time he has grown the business which resulted in the office relocating to Banstead in 2017.  He is very proud of the good relationship he has built up with his clients over the years, many of which he now classes as friends.  He has no plans to slow down anytime soon.

In his free time (when he is missing from the office) Barry can be found at the nearest racecourse enjoying his love of horseracing.

Dean joined Clear in 2015 and has been in the financial services industry for 30 years.  He started his career with the Prudential and has held several senior roles with other companies over the years, the last of which was Head of Financial Planning at Bells Solicitors.

He holds the Advanced Financial Planning Diploma, which was gained 20 years ago.

His likes include, Welsh Rugby, Liverpool FC, military history and Australian red wines!  He dislikes English rugby, Manchester United and political correctness …

Rob has been working in financial services for 25 years and holds qualifications covering individual investment and protection advice, long term care and project management in addition to an economics degree.

He is a data driven financial planner and uses cash flow modelling to help clients visualise their personal financial plan. He says, “Removing jargon and spreadsheets from the financial advice process is important to really connect with the person and their goals.”

He lives in Sussex with his family and is passionate about making memories, spending time in the sea and the being close to the growing wine region in and around Sussex.

Louis has been with us for over 8 years now, working in all aspects of investments, implementing a strong and robust investment process for all clients. His real passion is economics and keeping up with global markets as best he can!

Louis has over 18 years of investment experience working for large asset management companies and also platform/pension providers.

Anna graduated in 2010 with a degree in Mathematics and Economics from a leading Moscow University. She also has an MBA in Investment Management from one of the London business schools.

Anna started her career with another advisory firm before joining Clear Financial in May 2016. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and recently achieved Chartered Status.

Anna’s interests and passions are taken up by her 3 kids and travel, whenever she can squeeze it in!

Darren has more than ten years experience working in the Financial Services industry and joined Clear in July 2018 to further develop and become part of a forward-thinking company that matches his ambitions.

Having achieved his level 4 diploma in regulated financial planning, Darren has also passed his AF7 exam in pension transfers and is currently working towards achieving Chartered status.

Darren’s hobbies include travel, eating out and reading.

Harrison joined Clear Financial Advice in September 2018 and has now obtained his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

He works closely with our adviser and paraplanning team to continue his development, having started as Client Services Assistant within the company.

In his spare time Harrison enjoys travelling, spending time with his family and friends and renovating his house (reluctantly)!

Sarah has worked in Financial Services for over 25 years – starting at an Insurance company in 1998 before moving to a Financial Advisers in 2012.

She joined Clear Financial Advice in 2023 as a Client Services Assistant

Sarah has travelled through South East Asia, and Australia before having her four daughters.

Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, eating out, travelling and seeing live music – especially Madonna!

Claire has spent most of her working life in banking and finance, before joining Clear in 2015 to work in the accounts department.  Claire has many years’ experience in the financial sector.

At Clear, Claire provides a vital role in the monitoring of accounts and budgets.  She also provides support to the Director with various Compliance and HR activities.

Claire enjoys eating out with family and friends but spends most of her weekends watching her 2 boys play football!
