During our initial discussions we will explain to you about our company and the way we work. We will also introduce you to the types of services that we offer. This will set outline what you can expect from us in terms of service and work undertaken. We will explain our fee structure and determine how much we will be paid and the frequency and nature of the payments.
This will all be documented for you in a Client Agreement which we will ask you to sign before we commence any work to avoid any confusion at a later stage.
To enable us to provide the best possible financial planning advice it is essential we gather as much information as we can about you. This will include taking a record of the following:
We will use all the information that we have gathered during the earlier stages of our process taking into account your current status and expected changes as well as looking at any goals and aspirations you may have.
A formal recommendation will be provided to you detailing all areas that have been discussed and outlining suitable financial solutions taking into account your tax position and capacity for loss.
If you are happy to proceed with our recommendations we will assist you in implementing the financial plan and you will then be moved over to our ongoing servicing and investment process.
We have a robust review process in place to continually monitor all our investment business. Each client’s portfolio is designed, implemented and reviewed on an on-going individual basis. Further information will be provided upon request.
